Health Benefits Of Coffee

Coffee is good for you. Even the caffeine in the coffee provides health benefits. The hot morning brew that gets us going every day is rich in antioxidants and provides the following health benefits: Two or three cups of coffee per day lowers the risk of diabetes, especially type 2 diabetes. That same amount of coffee each day also improves memory and cognitive functions throughout the day. Drinking coffee each day lowers the risk of certain types of cancer, like non-melanoma skin cancer. Sipping coffee throughout the morning hours and having a final cup of the day at lunch time will help keep energy level up and help avoid afternoon fatigue. Go ahead and have a cup of coffee, it’s good for you.
