If you are indoors all day and you apply the makeup foundation containing SPF 15 over your entire face and neck area, the answer is yes. If you will be outdoors most of the day or you only use makeup foundation in spots on your face, the answer is no. For sun protection that you don't have to worry about, the best method is using both a facial sun screen and a makeup foundation with SPF 15. For optimum facial sun protection to guard against skin cancer, wrinkles and sun spots, apply a facial moisturizing sun screen all over your bare face and neck while your skin is damp, then apply your makeup foundation with SPF 15. Damp skin will help lock in the sun screen and provide you with all day sun protection.
