Add Mushrooms To Recipes For Nutrition

When a few mushrooms are added to favorite casserole recipe or other favorite recipe, you not only add flavor and texture to the recipe, but the nutritional value has also greatly increased.

Mushrooms are loaded with good-for-you benefits - they are low in sodium, low in fat, low in carbohydrates and low in calories. Mushrooms are high in fiber, potassium and vitamin B plus a number of other nutrients.

Pile the mushrooms high on a pizza or try a portabella mushroom burger instead of a beef burger or toss a few sliced mushrooms on salads, any way you slice them, mushrooms add nutrition to recipes.

I know that you're right, of course, re the nutritional value of mushrooms. But I HATE mushrooms. Maybe it's the texture that bothers me the most, I dunno...
